Beautiful things

My mother taught me that if you don't have anything nice to say ... don't say anything at all. And I think that is great advice. Especially if you are blogging. People want to be inspired and not hear about all the issues I am having with just about every single project I am in the middle of and how I wish sometimes that I worked in a little cubicle; just me and my computer and had zero contact with people. Can you tell I had a bad day today?

Instead of complaining though, I want to focus on what is good. What is lovely. What is right. And there is so much. I hope you have a wonderful Friday and as we work our way into the weekend I hope that you can think about beautiful things too. Maybe this will help:

Beautiful post. My house sparkles because of you. You took a ok look and made it look like it was a House Beautiful layout. The day ended for me counting my Blessings and you were at the top of the list.
I am sure my party guests are going to feel treated just walking into my house. THANK YOU!!!

Your post made me feel better! : ) I hope it helped your Friday along too. That last pic of the bulldog pup--can't get enough of it (and I am not the girl who swoons over every picture of puppies-haha), but that little pup has it going on. I would surely welcome her in my house. : ) I also love that bright pink wallpaper. Pretty.

What a happy post! The puppies and babies are sure to put a smile on your face! I can totally relate and often need no contact with people just to chase away the blues. The good thing is it's Friday and then WEEKEND and what's not to love about that? have a lovely one xo

I cannot even begin to tell you how much I absolutely love these images. I MUST figure out Pinterest so i can organize and save them. This has started my weekend off quite nicely. If that baby in the hat doesn't bring a smile to your face, nothing will. Have a wonderful weekend Sherri!

ahh, this is so timely for me...I have had a very stressful time of it lately, dealing with other peoples actions that are making me crazy and distracting me from what is good and right, but maybe that is the point...we should not be distracted from what is good and right, we are not in charge and are not expected to be, we lean on Him, he alone is the way.
